Ash e Reshteh

Ingredients:
Olive oil, 2 large onions, 4 garlic cloves, 4 peppercorns, teaspoon turmeric, dried dark red kidney beans, dried navy beans, dried chickpeas, lentils, dried barley, linguine noodles, chives, fresh dill, fresh parsley, Kashk or sour cream, and lemon juice.

Directions:
It is a pretty easy dish to make, but it takes a good amount of time.
1) caramelize the onions with turmeric and olive oil
2) Pour 10 cups of water into a crock pot
3) Add the peppercorns, all of the beans, barley, chives, dill, parsely, garlic and caramelized onions.
4) Add some salt and lemon juice
5) Place the crock pot on high, and let it rip. It is best to leave it going all day and add extra water and let it rip
6) Once the beans are cooked, Add the linguine and let it cook for another 30 - 45 min.
7) The last step is to get the Khask and blend with some water, if you can't find khask just use sour cream. Add to taste.
